Secrets Of Interior Stylists: How To Display Your Collection

Bags on Bark Shelves - MochaWe collect objects that are beautiful, have meaning, stories or good memories associated with them. Or simply because they make us smile. Together as a group, with a common theme, they become a collection.

But there’s an art to displaying your collections.

Are You Spending 500 Times Too Much On Bottled Water?

Dopper Water BottleWe all know how important it is to keep hydrated and drink at least two litres of water a day. But if you’re still buying bottled water, did you know that it is costing you five hundred times more than if you drank tap water?

The price of tap water is approximately one tenth of a pence per litre, compared with an average of 69p a litre for bottled water. This means that over the course of a year, if you fill a reusable bottle and drink tap water it will cost around £1. But if you drink bottled water it will cost you around £503.70.

That’s staggering, isn’t it?

Loft Bedroom - blog.mocha.uk.com

This small loft bedroom is filled with smart storage solutions; and a decorating scheme that adds bright touches of colour and makes the most of the beautiful natural light.

But when interior designer Kia Sunda first saw the loft space of this home in Highbury, North London, it was cluttered and cramped. Out of sight from the rest of the house, it had become a bit of a dumping ground for discarded furniture and other items that had no real place anywhere else in the house.
