Prices
All prices shown are displayed in £ British Pounds sterling.
Prices may change over time and without notice. Please check before placing your order.
As the buyer, you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider.
Delivery
A delivery charge will be added to your order where appropriate.
To ensure a swift delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses and make one delivery charge per delivery address.
If you enter your workplace as the address of delivery, please make sure you specify the name of your company.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change.

Payment
We accept payment by Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard and PayPal.
At Mocha we take the security of the payments and confidentially of information you give us very seriously.
Payments are processed by SagePay via its secure site.
We never see or store your card data.

While colour images are as accurate as possible, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.

Handmade Furniture Pieces
Our furniture pieces are made from solid woods. Because wood is a natural material there can be variations in colour, pattern, knots or indents on the surface. These are the natural characteristics and beauty of the individuality of wood and not faults.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products you have chosen, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund – provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging.
