(Please note: we may be able to deliver later than these dates given by using a courier. There will be an extra charge for this, so please contact for more information if you are interested)
21 December – Regular delivery
23 December – Express delivery (select express delivery at checkout)
For stock items, we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of being accepted – unless next day delivery has been requested.
Some items are made to order (especially furniture) or waiting for a new delivery of stock – so please check the ‘Additional Information’ tag on product pages for availability and lead times.
UK – 2-3 working days
Northern Europe – 5-7 working days
Rest of Europe – 7-10 working days
Rest of the world – 10-14 working days
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate.
If your order has not been delivered then we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-despatch your order.
We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Royal Mail.
We cannot be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied to us or for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused.
Return of Non-Faulty Goods
We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Mocha. However, if you would like to return any items or your purchase in unsuitable, we are happy to arrange a refund or exchange (excluding delivery costs).
Please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know and then return it to us, unused in a saleable condition, and with the original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
Please enclose a copy of the delivery note supplied.
We recommend that you use insured registered delivery – keeping the receipt in case of any damage in transit – as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items.
We regret that we are unable to accept items which are returned after 14 working days from the delivery date or which are no longer in a resaleable condition.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please email us at: email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery (and we will advise you regarding the procedure for an exchange or refund).
We advise you to check your purchase as soon as it is delivered.

After receipt of your returned goods we aim to issue your refund within 7 working days.
The cost of your purchase will be refunded to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase.
Refunds can take up to 5 working days to clear from the point of processing.
All overseas orders will be refunded in Sterling.
Mocha cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates.
How to Cancel An Order
If you wish to cancel an order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following: customer name, order number and date of order.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may return the item(s) within 14 days as per the returns policy above.
